Winter Workshops at Amber Waves

We welcome you and your friends to join us for Amber Waves Winter Workshops. This season, we are hosting adult workshops, which will include lessons on wreath decorating, culinary salts, and a baking demonstration featuring all Amber-Grown goods. Each workshop will be hosted from 6pm - 8pm. We will serve wine and light snacks from the market. Workshop details below

Thursday, December 2 from 6pm - 8pm WREATH DECORATING: SOLD OUT. Please email claudine@amberwavesfarm.org to join the waitlist.

You will decorate a Balsam Evergreen Wreath with Amber-grown dried flowers, dried wheat stalks, and seasonal natural trimmings.We'll have hot cider and a firepit to keep warm. We'll provide everything you need to create a festive holiday wreath!

Thursday, December 9 from 6pm - 8pm CULINARY SALTS with Amber Waves Herbs

Create your own culinary salt blend with Amber Waves herbs. Learn about the different herbs grown at Amber Waves, how to dry your own herbs, garble and create tasty blends. You'll take home two blends to share, gift, and enjoy. The event will be hosted in our market and we'll have hot cider and a firepit right outside for some after hours fun. We'll provide everything you need!

Thursday, December 16 from 6pm-8pm. Demo and Drinks with Head Baker Jamie.

Walk and talk behind the scenes with Amber Waves Head Baker Jamie! She'll show you how we grow and grind our home grown heritage wheat, her master process of creating our famous pie crust, and take one home with you. The event will be hosted inside of the market with a tour of our kitchen. We'll provide everything you need!
